The cottage has a secluded and enclosed garden with plenty of room for dogs to run around. In addition the woods are ideal for long dog walks & the loch provides the opportunity for them to have a spash around in the water.

Number of reviews: 13 The view of the lakes from the apartment is unbeatable and the area is very pretty. However, we felt that the fact that the property is right on the main road should have been included in the discription. Also, whilst the village of San Memete is very pretty, it hasn' t got much piazza feel to it, unless you want to sit right next to the busy road, which means you are totally dependant on a car to go somewhere else for lunch, coffees, etc. The fact that you will need a car should be included in marketing of the property. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, but the beds were very uncomfortable and the decor and kitchen facilities were not what you would expect from a ' luxury apartment' !

This apartment is a first level one-bedroom apartment located in a luxury villa in the small, quaint and very old Italian town of San Mamete, just five minutes from the Swiss border.
