Registration is free. SCH do not charge for you to register as an owner, and you can add your properties to our site with no up front charge. We take our fees when we have earned them - and you have seen the benefit of listing your property with us, i.e. when we take a booking.

To register, you will need to provide SCH with your contact details. Completing the contact details form will generate a username and temporary password that will be sent to your registered email address. For security reasons we recommend that you change the password when you first login.

Once you have received your login details you will be able to access the full property management interface, which allows you to:

• Add properties to SCH's website
• Add and update your property details, bookings, prices and owner details
• View your bookings on line with details of how much and when you will be paid

• I confirm that I am the owner, or have the authority to act on behald of the owner, of all properties that I register
