The living-room opens through french doors onto a terrace shaded by a pergola, with views across the lawn to the pool and summer kitchen.The living room is well furnished and equipped with 2 sofas and leads to the dining room. the dining room is furnished by a large rectangular table and 8 chairs and 2 cabinets. And leads to a separate kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 lead from the hall with its front entrance and are separated from the living accomodation and bedroom 3 and mezzanine floor by a door to the dinning room.

A gardener looks after the garden and the pool twice a week.

There is also a barbecue built in a small stone house.

The Upper Var region has a lot of natural sites to explore, with plenty of vineyards that makes this area sometimes comparable to Toscany, Italy. The nearby local towns are Lorgues (well known for its colorful market) and Salernes (important ceramics center in the south of France) The village of Cotignac has all kinds of shops, caf?s and restaurants and a popular Tuesday market. Outdoor events are organised in the summer enjoyed equally by locals and visitors.
