The atmospheric bedrooms are built into the attic; one bedroom has a skylight whilst the other has views over the village and countryside. Both have ensuite washrooms (ie basin, mirror and shelf) and a shared toilet on the landing. The main bathroom downstairs has a large walk in shower, basin, bidet and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped including all utensils. A utility room at the back houses the washing machine.

The lounge and kitchen have windows overlooking the patio whilst the dining room has a glass door leading onto the patio.

The patio is private and enclosed and provides a perfect suntrap and a great environment for outdoor eating; it also has a built-in barbeque.

The village of St Thomas de Conac is picturesque and friendly. It is surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields and is idea for long scenic walks and picnics. It has a bakery for fresh bread and croissants, a buchers and a grocers. The nearest bar/restaurant for miles happens to be conventiently located over the road and is child friendly. Many historic villages nearby for day trips e.g. Blaye, La Rochelle, St Emillion and for family fun and beaches, Royan. Best of all beautiful sandy beaches can be found just 20 mins drive away.
