This area has become the hot spot of north Cornwall with its natual rugged coastline ,spectacular views and coastal walks.

Bude is a small cornish holiday town with many individual shops ,bakery, supermarkets and restaurants.

Unspoilt Sandymouth is the nearest beach to the bungalow (approx 2 miles), a sandy beach with many of rock pools just waiting to be explored.

Larger sandy beaches with plenty of parking spaces can be found at Bude,renowned for surfing waves & water sports.

Boards & other equipment are available locally.

The local village Kilkhampton is within walking distance from the bungalow & has several pubs, churches and shops.

If you want to just have a lazy holiday or explore Cornwall this is an ideal location.

Fishing, golf, pony treking, nature reserves and many other attractions are available nearby.

On the site there is a launderette, take-away, shop,chidrens play area,games room,outside pool plus pub.(not open off season)

The position of the bungalow and the safe well kept grounds are particualy suitable for children of all ages.

well behaved pets are welcome.

The internal accomadation has been designed for so all can enjoy their break,and is all on one level.

Leisure facilites with heated pool, squash, tennis etc, plus live entertaiment and bars are available .

Membership to the leisure club is not included in the price quoted.This is a optional extra or can be paid for full/part week from the Manor house.

No 8 the Coombe was the ideal holiday home. it was clean well presented great postion on site. in fact it more than lived up to the description. I couldn't fault it in any way. I fully intend to re-book this exact chalet. the whole site is well set out and with the Pub/Grill and small shop close by, It turned out my ideal break.

The property was ok. There were a few essential kitchen items missing that we had to replace but we took the money from the pound coins that were in the kitchen draw for the electricity meter. The sink was quite badly blocked. When we arrived there was a lot of broken glass on the floor that had been missed my the cleaner it was a bit dangerous for our toddler who was bare foot until we realised and cleaned it up. The cleaner came much sooner than expected which made it difficult to finish sorting our things and tidying round on the day of departure.We had to throw out the wooden spoons as they were covered in mould. We did feel that the property was slightly overpriced considering the condition of the property.It was great having the bedding provided and the rooms were very comfortable.The digi box was a treat, nice location.
