Santa Maria in Valle is a small hamlet situated on the left bank of the Arno river, 3 km from the ancient town of Laterina with its perfectly preserved centre, and about 12 km from Arezzo. At the heart lies the church and next to it is a substantial villa and its barn, now converted into 4 apartments and a cottage.
