Our wonderful Florida vacation rental home is very close to Disney and the Orlando and Kissimmee areas. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two reception rooms our lovely fully air-conditioned villa is very spacious, bright and airy and has a very private screened pool overlooking a lake and grassed areas so there are no other properties in front.

Our Orlando Villa is tastefully furnished, extremely comfortable and it is set in a very charming, peaceful location in the popular sub-division of The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates which is only 6 miles from Walt Disney World.

The excellent communal facilties at The Palms are free to all guests and include tennis courts, basketball, swimming pool and a childrens' play area.

Our Disney villa has nearly 2000 sq ft of living space consisting of a 23'0" x 13'8" formal lounge with separate dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook and an 18'0" x 15'0" family room with patio doors to the pool terrace.

The family room has Cable Tv, Vcr, Dvd, Playstation 2, 2 controllers and a selection of games are supplied as well as a selection of movies, books, games.

Our Florida villa will easily sleep 10 guests utilising the sleeper sofa bed in the lounge.

The Master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed, Cable Tv, ceiling fan, clock radio and en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, large walk-in shower, bath tub, separate Wc and large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a very comfortable Queen size bed, Cable Tv, ceiling fan, clock radio and a roomy closet with plenty of hanging space. The two remaining bedrooms each have two twin beds, Cable Tv and roomy closets.

All bedrooms have Cable Tv, both bathrooms have hairdryers and towels and all linens are supplied.

A baby cot and cot linen is available at no extra charge.

There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Ceiling fans are fitted in the Family room and the Master and 2nd bedrooms. A gas Bbq is also provided for guests' use.

Our private pool terrace has a table, parasol, cushioned chairs and recliners so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine during your Florida vacation. It can also be illuminated at night for swimming or to just relax in the evening and watch the glorious sunsets after a busy fun filled day.

Smoking is allowed on the pool terrace and the surrounding areas.

There is a phone installed which allows unlimited local and incoming calls. An intercom system installed in the kitchen plays piped music to all rooms and the pool terrace.

The door entry operates electronically so no keys are required to gain access.
