Situated on an exclusive new development on the outskirts of the traditional town of Paralimni, South East Cyprus, the apartment is fully air conditioned and has a large, private sun terrace with not too distant sea views.

A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants just 5 minutes away. Local fruit market and modern supermarket within a few minutes walk. Traditional local handicraft shops, alongside modern boutiques and stores, can be found in the centre of Paralimni.

In contrast, beautiful 'Fig Tree Bay' and picturesque 'Cape Greco' just 10-15 minute car drive away; a selection of reputedly some of the best sandy beaches on the island just 5-10 minutes away. This is a lovely and convenient location for a quiet family holiday, ideal for couples and families of all ages.

The apartment caters for families and mixed gender couples only. Bookings not accepted for single gender groups. Owners reserve the right to refuse entry if such a booking has been made and not disclosed - any monies paid will be forfeited in this case.

Local bus service is good - approx. every 20-30 minutes Weekdays/Saturdays, every hour Sundays. Fares are cheap - approx. Cy£0.70/Gb£0.90. There is also a reliable/affordable bus service for travel islandwide.

A car is not necessary, but adviseable. Carhire can be booked locally during your stay, or for collection/drop off at the airport - this needs to be booked in advance. Airport transfers to and from the apartment in Cyprus can be arranged if required - this must be booked in advance, payment to be made to the driver in Cyprus - cost approx. Cy£25 each way.

Plenty of activities to do locally and island wide ranging from water sports, golf, sightseeing, historical sites to name but a few.

Check in after 3pm on arrival day. Check out before 11am on departure day.
