This is a newly decorated one bedroomed studio apartment with a double bed in the back room with side tables and a two seater sofa in the front sitting room which can be opened as a double bed.

The small kitchen (cooker, microwave, electrical kettle etc) and the bathroom are accessed from the good size entrance hall.

All the furniture, linen and kitchen equipment are brand new. In the sitting room there is wall mounted air condition system, 21" television as well as a coffee table.

The bedroom (2.45m x 3.40m) has a window/door leading to the small balcony and the sitting room (3.05m x 3.40m) has a double door leading to a closed terrace (4.60m x 1.80m) with double door to a small balcony.

The nearest underground is Megaro Muzikis which is 2 minutes walk or less from the flat.

The major road artery to the centre is Leof.Vas.Sofias or Kifisias street up north and south towards Sintagma Square. Sintagma Square and Parlament are 2 stops by tube (5 minutes). Across Leof.Vas.Sofias Street are Megaro of Musikis (National Music Hall, the US Embassy and many museums.

In the vicinity there are plenty of shops, a pharmacy, grocers, florists and many periptera (newsagents), museums, national gallery, tavernas, Hotel Hilton, Goodies (Greek version of McDonald but much better) all within a 1-5 minute short walk.

The area is very safe and famous for its hospitals and private medical institutions.

We arrived pretty late in the evening but were welcomed on arrival.
The studio flat was pretty big - plenty of room for two, with a big living room area, that provides the double sofa bed. The facilities were good and it was nice, light and airy. The conservatory was big - nice sit in to eat breakfast or have a coffee before going out.
The metro station is (as the site info rightly says) a matter of minutes walk away, right into the centre (its a downhill walk to Syntagma Square)and there are plenty of small cafes etc very nearby.
The flat has laundry facilities, so you can easily travel very light.

The flat fulfill the expectations within the price range you are paying. It is fully furnitured and it has everything you might need, actually it would be good to have a list of the things there because we brought things we did not need (hair dryer, towels, too much clothes because we did not know we had a washing machine, etc) and we could bring other things we did not know we could use (DVD movies). The locations of the appartment is very good, only 2 or 3 stations from the city center. The toilet is dripping water and makes a little annoying noise, you should fix that, but it was not a major problem. Christos (person who gave us the keys there) was friendly. We are in general happy and recommend the place.
