The owners of Apartment Uros are very nice and kind. They picked us up at the bus station in Dubrovnik, drove us to the apartment in Cavtat and welcomed us with wine and food. The apartment is not so far from the beach and the town centre but it is quite uphill. There are three bedrooms, in one of them the mattress seems quite old and should be replaced and in the smaller bathroom the drains should be unclogged. My suggestion would be also that they should put more flowers on the terrace and make more shade, at the same time making it more private and not exposed to the street.
The Apartment is very spacious and comfortable and altogether we had a great vacation.

Very disappointed with the property considering the description.It was far from a Luxury Apt. Basic would sum it up.There was a lack of towels, lampshades missing/broken. The terraces and outdor furniture were filthy.The garden was a jungle.The second bathroom was outside.Very noisy from Apt. above.There was no literature re. contact with owner.The owner said she would come to the Apt. to complete registration forms - she did not appear! We had to contact her at the last moment re. our transfer to Airport on departure.The property was needing a lot more attention by the owner.We stayed 3 nights at a hotel in Dubrovnik to get a break from the Apt.

[owner comments: I am upset and disappointed with this review. We always supply more than enough linen and towels for up to eight people at a time. If the guests thought this inadequate they were perhaps expecting two towels per person per day as in a hotel? if something is broken by a previous guest it is always corrected as soon as we are aware, it is unfortunate that the guests did not inform me at the time. I do not like to intrude on guests, but am ALWAYS contactable if needed. The garden is typical of the area, and is planted with flowering bushes, olive, lemon and orange trees. I'm sorry these guests did not appreciate the property, but most think it is really nice and suits them perfectly. Many have become regular visitors, it's up to individual expectations.]

it was a nice apartment for 6 persons (too small for 8) we didn`t get any welcome pack with wine and snack dinner as we read in the ad for the apartment :-( the private terrace was very small and we didn`t see any private garden...

It was space enough and a nice veranda with nice view. We were satisfied with the flat.
We want to come back to Cavtat.
