This villa is our luxury Florida vacation rental home only 15 minutes from Disney and situated in the upmarket highly sought after Crescent Lakes community in Kissimmee. It is situated in an enviable location, amid wooded conservation areas and several lakes yet it is only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all its major shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. All of the houses on Crescent Lakes are built on large plots offering maximum privacy and seclusion. This is quite unusual for properties in the Orlando area.

Crescent Lakes is situated adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve with an abundance of wildlife in and around the area.

Our privately owned vacation rental villa in Kissimmee is a quality vacation home with lots of space for families.

The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax and take in the sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.

The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a king size bed, his and her walk-in closets, full ensuite facilities, cable television, ceiling fan and clock radio. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom, ceiling fan, cable television and clock radio. There is a further queen size bedroom with cable television, ceiling fan, clock radio. The two twin bedded rooms both with cable television, ceiling fans and clock radios are also situated on the first floor. An additional living room on the ground floor has cable television and a queen sleeper sofa for occasional sleeping when required.

The family room and breakfast nook both have patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool terrace so you can have breakfast inside looking out over the lake or outside sitting under the lanai by the pool. There is a separate dining room to the front of the house with access to and from the fully equipped and spacious kitchen. There is a further loft/den upstairs with a computer with hi speed internet access, television, Playstation2 console, sofa, cordless phone and loads of reading books. Separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include hair dryers in all bathrooms, towels and linens are provided, 3 cordless phones with unlimited local and national calls and a voice-mail facility.

We have a brilliant, spacious games room with an 8ft slate bed pool table, air hockey, foosball and electronic darts and table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and also has a remote control under counter radio/cd player.

We are booking up really quickly for 2010 and are now taking bookings for 2011.
