Ideally located in central Montpellier, this large and spacious apartment is just 10 minutes walk from La Comodie the central and focal point of Montpellier. All local amenities on your doorstep and the beach only 20 minutes drive. Enjoy the many bars and cafes and shops in the town centre.

Newly refurbished apartment, well furnished and fully equipped. The living room / kitchen is open plan and there is also a separate laundry and toilet room equipped with washing machine. The apartment benefits from two large bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), both with ensuite bathrooms. Cable TV and wireless internet connection are provided free of charge. Please note we do not provide bed linen.

Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all within easy reach, the closest tram stop is Comodie, about 5-10 minutes walk, the main train station is about 15 minutes walk.

In summer Montpellier is host to many festivals and free concerts. Details provided on your arrival. By road:- Autoroute A9, exit Montpellier Sud, direction Gares. By Air:- Montpellier Mediteranee Airport, shuttle bus to the Railway Station. Bus & Rail:- Montpellier Mainline raliway station and main bus station under 100m away. Car Rental:- Available at airport or in town. Beach:- 20 minutes by bus or a 10 minute drive Good tram, bus and rail links to surrounding villages and places of interest in the area.

This flat is ideally suited to 2 couples sharing, or a family of 4, however it will sleep 6 - there is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and one (double) sofa bed in the living room. Please note we do not object to larger groups booking this apartment and there is no extra person charge, however if additional foldout beds are required, these can be provided and there is an additional charge of £20 per week.

Available for short lets July, August, beginning of September; monthly lets mid September to end of June.

This property was fantastic! The location is perfect: right in the middle of the historic center, close to numerous shops, restaurants, public transport, etc. It is a ground floor apartment, so no stairs are involved. The only downside it that it is a bit dark unless you open the large window that looks out onto the street. The exposed rock wall is spectacular! We stayed a month and would rent this apartment again if we returned.
