Our apartments are in a four-storey building located slightly above the village of Ivanica so that from each one you have a nice view of the village valley and from the side views of the sea. There is one apartment per floor. The apartment building is in a quiet location, with a parking space in front.

The house is newly built and all materials used are of high quality and modern design.

This apartment on the first floor (70m2) is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and a balcony. Guests of this apartment will have shared access to the garden at the rear of the building for sitting in or making use of the barbecue.

The property was exactly as described, but better. There was a washing machine, weekly clean and linen change and wifi which made things very easy. Once at the property there is really nothing to do in the immediate vicinity. No pleasant walks in the evening, as this area in particular is still very much recovering from the war. The property is literally 500 metres from border control, into Croatia, where there are many nice places to visit and things to do. The border into Montenegro is about 30 mins drive away and it is truely beautiful in the parts we visited.
To conclude the property itself is comfortable with all modern conveniences. The 'village' of Ivanica has a long way to go to feel like a holiday destination. A car is absolutely essential and if you don't mind a bit of a drive you will have a great time.
