This privately owned luxury 2nd floor apartment sleeps 2/4 and is located in a central position with an easy walk to a supermarket only 2 minutes away. It is a ten minutes walk to the market and shopping area and about 5 minutes drive to the sea. There is a communal swimming pool with loungers, pool side toilets and showers.

The open plan living area leads onto a balcony through patio doors. There is a comfortable 3 seater sofa-bed and 2 seater sofa in the living room to relax, television with dvd and video player. There are some books for use by the occupants if they wish.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle.

There is a lift in the building.

This is a non smoking apartment.

The apartment will be cleaned for arrival and after departure. Towels and linen are included but not beach towels.

If the stay is longer than one week additional cleaning/linen change can be arranged.

A key deposit of £75 is payable separately and refunded within 7 days on return of keys and subject to no damages or breakages.

Air conditioning/heating is included in the price.

Airport transfers can be arranged and paid locally.

Lovely clean apartment exactly as expected with a lovely outdoor pool. It was very close to all the areas of Paphos we wanted to visit. Most were within walking distance. Would be very happy to stay here again.
