Enjoy Sutivans traditional Dalmatian architecture and explore other beautiful locations on the island. Its proximity to the ferry port at Supetar means you can easily take a day trip to another island or visit town Split on mainland where you can wander through the 1700-year-old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace! For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. Tranquillity of this charming village is toxic and makes it a great place to have a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car. Easy and regular access to the mainland from Supetar also makes it a convenient base from which you can visit the historic sites of Split and other close locations. If walking is your thing, there’s plenty of lovely coastal and inland walks with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.
