country cottage
This 18th Century charming cottage has been renovated to a very high standard with beams, inglenook and flagstone floors being some of the features that make this cottage so special.

The lounge is snug and cosy and we do provide some logs for the inglenook woodburner to get you started. The fully appointed bathroom has a brand new Victorian style suite comprising a hand basin, WC, bath and radiator with heated towel rail. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) with stunning views of Llanymynech Rock.

Note: We wish to advise customers that the height of some doorways means that people over six foot three inches tall may bang their heads in places. Please contact us for further information.

Outside there is a well-stocked cottage garden to the front of the cottage. You can relax on the bench and enjoy the garden, or pass the time of day with the friendly locals. To the rear of the cottage is an off-road parking space and a raised terrace with BBQ for those summer nights!

Llanymynech is an attractive village half in England and half in Wales, with beautiful views over Llanymynech Rock. The village boasts three great pubs, two in England and one in Wales. In addition there are Indian and Chinese takeaways within walking distance. Golfers will be amazed at the views from the Llanymynech golf course where a young Ian Woosnam learnt his game. Ramblers will find this an ideal centre with Offa's Dyke running close by.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking for one car in the driveway.
