This privately owned ground floor apartment sleeps 6 and is located in a central position with an easy walk to a supermarket only 5 minutes away. It is a 15 minutes walk to the market and shopping area and about 15 minutes walk to the sea. There is a communal swimming pool with loungers and shower.

The open plan living area leads out to the pool area through patio doors. There is a comfortable 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa in the living room to relax, television with dvd and satelite . There is a games console and games also some books for use by the occupants if they wish.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, water cooler, toaster and kettle.

A welcome pack can be provided on request.

The apartment will be cleaned for arrival and after departure. Towels and linen are included but not beach towels.

If the stay is longer than one week additional cleaning/linen change can be arranged, and be paid locally.

Coast/Beach

There is a municipal beach at Kato Paphos, with showers, toilets and watersports. This area is approx 15 min walk from the property and is accessed from the sea front, down the side of one of the hotels. The coast line at this part of the island is mainly rocky with little coves of sand.

For a large stretch of sand the nearest beach is Coral Bay which is a 15min drive/bus ride from the property.

Golf

Golf is available at 2 stunning golf courses down the coast from Kato Paphos. By car it would take around 20 minutes to half an hour to drive there.

Travel

The nearest airport to the property is Paphos. The property is approx 7 miles from the airport and a taxi will cost approx £20cyp

.

It is also possible to fly into Larnaca and hire a car to get to Paphos. The journey would take around an hour and half.

Distances

The property is only 5 - 10 minutes walk from the edge of the tourist area with its abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs. It is 10 - 15 mins walk to the seafront and 15 mins to the Fort at the end of the harbour and the Mosaics. Furthermore it is 10mins from the Catacombs and a short bus ride from the Tombs of the Kings.

Paphos also has its own Waterworld, a 10 mins drive away, for those that like a bit of excitement. Also the Aquarium is only 5 mins walk away.

Further details

There is a very large supermarket about 15 mins walk (5 min drive) away to the back of the property, which is useful for 'stocking up'.

Kato Paphos also has many shops, clothes, soveneirs, banks, restaurants, bars etc.

Worth mentioning is the old Paphos town which is up on the hill behind the property. It is walkable but is all up hill. Would recommend therefore to either drive or bus it up there. The Old Town has an extensive market, as well as many designer shops.

A key deposit of £50 is payable separately and refunded within 7 days on return of keys and subject to no damages or breakages.

Air conditioning/heating is included in the price.

Airport transfers can be arranged and paid locally.
