San Mamete is quite possibly the prettiest village on Lake Lugano with a fairy tale like setting. This spacious apartment enjoys an uncompromising vista of the lake and surrounding area from all its splendid rooms.

Nb the main road directly behind the villa is typically Italian - rather narrow with no footpaths and is not recommended with young children. Public parking is accessed along this road.

this property MUST fix the bathroom. For only a few dollars they could create a proper shower so the water doesnt flood the entire bathroom.

A wonderful little apartment; perfect for a short break for two. The only criticism is that there was a lingering smell coming from the toilet and we had to keep the door of the bathroom firmly closed for it not to pervade the whole apartment. Otherwise, it was all just lovely.

The apartment was very nicely furnished and equipped. In relation to other apartments we have stayed in, it was expensive and the end-cleaning price was higher than normal. The access road was dangerous and there was no warning of this at the time of booking.
