When you consider that Veysonnaz is one of Switzerland's smaller ski resorts - and all the more charming for that - its health and fitness centre is a pretty impressive place, with a first class range of facilities including sauna, hammam, solarium, caldelarium, jacuzzi, massages and swimming pool. Open to visitors from 3 to 11 pm in winter and 11am until 7pm during the summer.
This delightfully traditional and family-oriented Swiss Alpine resort is an integral part of the 4 Valleys, a huge ski area with over 100 lifts and 400 km of pistes. The ski school is exceptionally welcoming and you will have no trouble getting to the lifts - they are situated literally opposite the apartment (5 meters away).

(Acceptable to Good) Cleaning costs were a bit high and I thought they were included in the price. You probably need to stipulate these up front in future.
Didn't know we had to pay for towels and linen or we would have brought our own – again, a heads up beforehand would be good.
Extension cables needed – I couldn't plug in the bedside lamp as the socket was too far away.
More lights – main bedroom was a bit dark and could do with a couple more lights for dressing etc.
Kitchen was a bit under-resourced. Needs more equipment such as chopping boards, pyrex dishes, mixing bowls etc.
Kettle is leaking and should be replaced.
Couldn't find the Welcome Book you mentioned, although there were plenty of leaflets and tourist info.
Toilet lid was loose.
Apartment was very warm which was great but we could have done with some way of adjusting temperature in the bedrooms – although appreciate that its underfloor heating.
Nothing there that was a major problem. The resort was very quiet up until Good Friday when everyone turned up. However, the ski lifts were mainly quiet which we liked although there were a a lot of drag lifts in the resort which is a bit of a mixed bag as it clearly puts off the snowboarders (which my wife likes) and probably keeps the numbers down in general.
Weather was a bit mixed but a bit of snow brought the best out of the slopes in both Veysonnaz and Verbier. Overall however, we had a great time and would certainly be back again.
