The 18th century Villa, set in 5 hectares of private and tranquil parkland, is a luxury Venetian villa and country residence accommodation located just outside Padua in a zone which includes the National Park of the Euganean Hills and the Brenta Riviera linking Venice.

Guests reside in the central part of the villa and can be hosted all year round for stays of a week or minimum 3 days.

The ground floor enjoys a library, dining room, entrance hall, 2 large sitting rooms, kitchen with real fireplace, laundry room and bath.

The first floor is composed of 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, 2 single bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with bath. Most of the charming and comfortable rooms are decorated with 16th century frescoes. Four additional beds in the main house, if maximum capacity of 10 is exceeded, are available with extra cost.

Besides a small boat to discover the large private lake, the acres of estate grounds are ideal for country walks, trekking and cycling. Guests are also welcome to fish.

This Villa is also affiliated with a Golf Club, wine estate, one of the best spas hotel in Abano Terme (providing saunas, massages, thermal pools, etc), Italian language classes and a local restaurant which can run cooking courses in the Villa. The outdoor swimming pool is open from June to September.

Rates Include - bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, water, electricity, gas, cleaning lady (morning housekeeping two hours a day), maintenance of the garden and pool, wireless internet access, baby bed, high chair and if you need we can make reservations for restaurants, theatres, museums and operas.

Rates Not Include - refundable security deposit (800euro), heating, additional bed (if exceeded the capacity of 10), final cleaning (200euro), telephone and fax upon consumption, and pets to be paid in cash on the premises
