Situated in a small town on the south coast, the quiet, family oriented, low-rise complex is built in an irregular pattern on a hillside. It encloses a tropical garden and waterfall leading down to a lagoon style pool, sun terrace and poolside bar/restaurant. There is a launderette on the site.

Our spacious third (top) floor apartment is situated on the western side of the complex. The sun is on the balcony from midday to sunset. We have an arrangement with the owner of a similar apartment on the floor below for larger parties. The wide Entrance Hall leads to: the Bedroom with individual bedside cabinets, plenty of drawers and full width mirror-fronted built-in wardrobes. Secure louvre shutters with mosquito nets allow you to maintain privacy and open the sash windows for ventilation; the spacious, ventilated Bathroom has a large mirror and shaver point and includes a bidet; the Kitchen has ample cupboard space and is equipped with electric kettle, refrigerator, electric oven and hob with a hood, it is stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils sufficient for four persons. There is a neat little egg boiler too; the large Living Area has dining table and chairs, two-seater sofa bed and two armchairs. It is equipped with Tv, music centre (Cd, cassette, radio), books, tapes, Cds and indoor games. There is additional wardrobe and drawer space. Full width patio doors open onto the west facing Private Balcony, with outdoor furniture and gas b-b-q, which looks out over open ground, Amarilla Golf fairways and distant mountains. The entrance overlooks the tropical foliage and pool. Bedroom and living room have ceiling fans for comfort. There is also an iron and ironing board. A local agent is on call to deal with any problems. Bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels are provided at ?10 per person.
