It is fully equipped with full sized cooker, fridge, washing machine, crockery etc and cloakroom to the side .

Hallway - The main door leading from the garden enters onto a beautiful hallway with stone flagged floor and walls made out of wattle and daub as original features.

Landing - There is an oak sweeping double staircase, one which leads to the interconnecting door into the cottage and the other sweeps up to a spacious and airy light landing with a large window, this area can be used for relaxing, reading .

Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is very large and has a king size bed, a feature fireplace and a walk-in wardrobe, there is also a double bed settee that can sleep 2 people. The bedroom has beamed ceiling and oak floorboards that have a gentle slope on them but this just adds to the character of the room.

Bathroom - Off the landing is the bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and shower over the bath. Beautiful natural limed oak beamed ceiling and oak floorboards.

Bedrooms & 2nd Bathroom - Second Bedroom has single french style day bed and futon bed. Second bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. Third bedroom is downstairs and is situated off the hallway, this is a pretty, cheerful double bedroom with white iron stead bed,it has a pretty picture window overlooking the garden.

Garden - The tranquil garden is enclosed with a feature archway and overlooks adjoing field. There is a flagged barbeque area with brick built barbeque, patio chairs and table. There is a pebbled and grass area for sunbathing.

The House has an attached Cottage Property ref. 3260 and can sleep 12 in total. We have set out to create a tranquil and authentic environment allowing you to appreciate the pleasures of rural France. Whilst the Cottage and House offers private and independant accomodation and separate garden if needed, access to both properties can be gained internally when the Cottage and House are booked together.
