Iznalloz is a typical small Spanish town with all the amenities you may need, with supermarkets, shops, banks, bars and restaurants and a health centre. It lies about twenty minutes away by car from the historic city of Granada, with the magnificent Alhambra Palace and the world heritage site of the Albaicin and Sacromonte neighbourhoods. There are regular buses into the city from the town, and trains to Granada, Seville and Barcelona, amongst other places. The town is surrounded by beautiful countryside, which is perfect for walking, cycling or climbing. There are at least two golf courses within easy reach, and the beaches of the Costa Tropical are about an hour away by car. Granada airport is thirty minutes away and Malaga is an hour and a half.
