The 65 square metre first floor holiday apartment is located in a secure private complex with gated entrance, built in 2004/2005, and is designed to ensure ultimate space in all living areas.
With something for everyone, the complex is barely a stone's throw from the centre of Oroklini Village with friendly bars, restaurants and quaint little supermarkets. For greater variety of bars, shops, and water sports, you only need to take a quick 5 minute drive and head to the main Dhekelia road.
If it's beaches you're after, then why not drive 15 minutes into Larnaca which boasts a nice beach and promenade lined with palm trees, cafes and bars, or a couple of minutes further will take you to Mackenzie Beach which comes highly recommended. If you're ready to travel a little further than that, then Aiya Napa is only half an hour away by car.
In addition to the rental price, there is a security deposit (of about 350 Euros). This is taken as cash or just credit card details on arrival by our agent. If giving card details, we will need the type of card (it must be visa or MasterCard) the expiry date, the full name and number on the card and the 3 digit security number on the back of the card.
