The apartment is situated in the center of Palermo,two minutes walking from Politeama Theatre square, the main square of the city. The location is perfect for visiting the beach, port, cafes, shops, museums, and every architectonical and historical treasure, but also very well connected to the beach and the airport by bus service.

A short walk will take you to the Massimo theatre and the Archaeological Museum. Crossing the ex-royal 'Parco della Favorita' in just a few km, you can reach the main seaside resort of Palermo (Mondello).

This two-roomed apartment, elegantly and fully furnished, is composed of elegant living-room, bedroom in an intermediate floor, bathroom (with Wc, bidet and shower), and cooking area (fully furnished with cookers, microwave oven, refrigerator and freeze, kitchenware?s and pottery). It is also provided with independent air-conditioned and heating, colour Tv, linen and towels. Cot and Iron are available on request. Washing mashine is on the ground floor.

The apartment is also very close to an old and traditional market, called BorgoVecchio, in which you can find all kinds of typical Sicilian products, and also fresh fish, just fished in the same night!

A very lovely apartment very close to the city centre, and buses to beach. Some of the other guests were a little noisy when returning late, but you can't blame the apartment for that! Would stay again.

Accomodation was fine and we were certainly glad of the air conditioning! Shower cubicle could have been a bit bigger! I think it would be helpful if some notices were included giving directions to the nearest bus stop and numbers of buses into town, Mondello, Monreale, etc. The manager of the block was very pleasant to deal with.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. Its clean and well kept. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Palermo which was absolutely fantastic. Its also only 5 minutes from the port should you decide to visit any of the islands. Mr Rossi, the gentleman who owns the block may not speak English but he is incredibly helpful and very kind. Me and my 2 children had an absolutely wonderful holiday. Finally you are only a couple of minutes from the bus that goes to Mondello beach. All in all we had a great holiday.

The owner was very nice helpful as were the people who worked there. The apt was very clean but the furnishing were a bit tired.
