A beautifully situated ground floor poolside apartment with terrace & garden overlooking the landscaped gardens, pools and the mediterranean sea. It is a large spacious 2/3 bedroomed apartment with 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) with all conveniences to make it a home from home. This is a 2 bed apt, but the large games room can convert to a third bedroom if needed as it has a double sofa bed. It is situated on the Tomb of the Kings road and close to shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops and a taxi rank. The beach & tennis courts are across the road. It is an ideal base for a family with small children being close to everything, and perfectly situated in front of the pool so you can sit on the terrace and watch the kids. Most of the sunbeds around the pool are provided by the complex and are for guest/residents use. Two sunbeds are provided for on the apartment terrace along with table, chairs and large umbrella. There is a Bbq in the garden for your use. Airconditioning is included in the price. No need even for a car unless you want to travel around the island. After staying here, you will want to return. This is an ideal holiday apartment for families with young children as it is situated right in front of the shallow end of the pool. There is a games room with a "fusball table" (football)a selection of board games, Tv/Video/Dvd, a selection of childrens videos, dvds and books, also a good selection of of books for adults for light holiday reading. The games room has a double sofa bed. N.B. This apartment is for families and older couples only. No Young Singles Groups

Great for families. Don't think the airconditioning is working and the covers for the sunbeds have disappeared early 2009. The toaster doesn't pop up.
Very quiet (except the slight drone of cars along the Tomb of Kings road). Entrance is hard to find - road on right after passing Venus beach Hotel on left.Could do with some ceiling fans which other aptmts seem to have. Beds were fine for 2 adults/ 2 kids. Could do with proper covers for outside seats rather than the cushions. Found a big Praying Mantis (stick insect) in the tree by the car port. Duono's (behind Martelli's) have nice white wine and great Sea Bass. Anyway, way better than Kefalonitis Apartments!

There was a small confusion in the beginning, because I didn't have the number of the block and apartment. I had to ask Leptos office these information. After all the apartment was good (near the swinning pool, etc.). In general the infrastructure was poor outside the King's Palace (too much rubbish).

The property was spacious, clean and tidy. It was well maintained, as were the grounds and the pool. The only problem we had was the air conditioning broke down after the first week, and no one came to repair it. Also, we were told that there would be a linen change after the first week, but this did not happen. Apart from that, it was a fantastic holiday.

A good location just opposite the Venus Beach hotel and this particular ground floor appartment is ideally situated with fantastic views and sun sets over the mediteranian. It is ideal for families (do expect there to be a lot of small children) but there is some confusion as to the situation with the sun beds around the pool as most are privately owned and you cannot use them. Unfortunately there are none with this appartment. The complex is a little away from the main centre and is therfore generally quiet and relaxing except for the noise of the children and the people arguing over the sunbeds.

[Owner comment: Sunbeds are provided around the pool by the management company Vesta. All the blue beds around the pool that have VH in white printed on them are for guest/residents use, and there are many of them. In four years no one else has ever complained or commented on the sunbeds but I have now provided two sunbeds for the apartment terrace.]
