Thoroughly enjoyed my holiday at Arncliff2 flat and facilities very well maintained and spotless clean, great advantage being within few minutes walk to shops and public transport would recommend it and will be back sometime in the future
Maureen Arnold, Jul 2009,
The quality of the flat No2 was very good. Although the views from the windows were not very exciting, thia was made up by the proximity of the flat to the town and access to the N Wales places of interest.
We would not stay at this particular flat again because the facilities were not 'en suite' (altnough we knew about this when we booked) and we now know that, for us, we would prefer a ground floor situation with garden/patio for sitting out in in the evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arncliff. Despite improvement work being carried out the owner ensured any inconvenience was minimised. The is located in a very quiet part of Criccieth, which is itself restrained in its limited commercialism. The accomodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay and soon felt like a second home. During our stay parking was very easy, which being so close to the sea is a real bonus. Arwel (the owner) made sure we were settled in and although he was only there briefly was a pleasant and kind host. We will certainly be considering returning to enjoy this lovely little town.

Basically OK - television did not work -was expecting "en suite" but had to leave lounge/bedroom and walk down landing to bathroom. No problem when we were there as no-one else in property, but could be a problem when someone staying in flat on 2nd floor.
