Second visit to the property so we are obviously happy staying there! A new kitchen has been fitted since we last visited with dishwasher and washing machine which helped make our stay a little more relaxing. We love the property and fid it an ideal base in North Wales.

Excellent accommodation, even better than expected. Many personal touches made the whole place feel very homely - lovely bedding, lots of good quality towels and toiletries etc. Furnished and fitted to a very high standard. However, despite being advertised as occupancy 4 people (2 adults + 2 children), that would be something of a tight squeeze and most parents would be scared of children damaging what is a truly lovely appartment.
Sarah Coulson, Aug 2008,
The property was a perfect place for our family to stay in Criccieth. The standard of the accommodation was high, with extremley good sized rooms, nicely furnished with nice quality furnishings and decoration. The lounge had a luxury feel to it, with leather sofas and a plasma screen TV, a nice space to relax in after a day on the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed and a pleasure to cook and prepare food in. Best of all was the washing machine which meant that the holiday was all about relaxing and having fun rather than worrying about finding a local launderette. The two different sea views from the dining area made eating in a lovely option. The bedrooms were charming and comfortable with plenty of storage and lots and lots of clean towels. We would highly recommend this property to families, couples and parties of travellers wanting to visit north Wales.

We had an excellent stay at Arncliff 3. The appartment is really nice, in good shape and roomy. The kitchen is brand new with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, the living room is nice and bright with a view over the sea. The two bedrooms are nice and cozy - and perfect for the purpose of sleeping.
Situated close to the Snodonian mountains it is a perfect base for trips in this lovely part of Wales. Our uttermost and best recommendations.

Overall experience at the property was excellent. View from the hall was nice. Everything was placed very nicely. Towels and linens were clean. Kitchen and all the utensils were very clean.
Some things that could have been better are:
1. Cooker looks little old. Though it works perfectly fine, it can be replaced with a better one.
2. Although, apartment has movable heaters in all the rooms, Central heating would be a better option. As per owner, work is going on for that.

Above 2 points are just minor suggestion for improvement, these did not affect our stay at all.

Thanks for making our holidays wonderful.
