We had a very enjoyable stay. The flat was well furnished with good taste, spacious and peaceful. The owner, Luiz, lives upstairs and was very helpful, but not intrusive. Music system (DVD) and satellite TV provided. Communications with central Oporto are good - frequent buses and a tram during the day. Local well stocked supermarket about 5 minutes walk. Foz do Douro is pleasant - good location being on the sea at the end of the Douro estuary. We'd love to go back.
