This apartment should not have been rented out in its current state , these are the words of the agent who met us at the end of our holiday. When we arrived there were cranes outside the building, & work was going on this did not make a very good impression , the taxi drivers were evn unsure wether toi leave us thereor not .The following things were wrong:
1 The terrace was unuseable because of the work going on, the terrace was dirty & from a health & safety point of view dangerous with broken tiles.
2 The air conditioning need to be manually empty regularily , this was brought to our attension when the people below kindly left a note & a large water container for us to use.
3 The dishwasher was out of action
4 There was no tumble drier ( we were sure this was in the description )
5 The shutter to the terrace from the main bedroom was brokenwith a hole in the wall
6 there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling where the fan should be

We were given a token 10% discount in cash , but we told the agent that we did not accept this , agian her own words were that teh apartment should not have been let. The location was great , the apartment was un acceptable, & we would like a refund

Since this reservation, we have continued to book the apartment with satisfied clients. The construction outside has finished, the terrace is in good use, and all the interior repairs needed are complete.
