A wonderful flat located in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and the Dome. Newly restructured with all comforts.

The apartment comes with a small entrance hall, a sitting room with sofa-bed and kitchenette and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. It has been recently renovated and has all comforts: air conditioning, independent heating, safe-box, television. The kitchenette and the bathroom are fully equipped. The apartment is on the third floor and the old historic building is without lift.

A cautional deposit of 200 euros is required on arrival. Air conditioning if required is extra, payable in resort.

If you want to visit Florence to see the many galleries and churches in this
fascinating town then you would be hard pushed to find a two person (plus
1--2 on the sofa-bed) apartment better situated than this one. It is
centrally located (across the street is the Uffizi gallery with the Ponte
Vecchio less than 5 minutes walk away) has plenty of space and is well
appointed with all mod cons. Round the corner is the Via dei negri which has
corner stores for all your everyday needs and caffe bars every few yards for
those essential shots of coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay but would point out that there are three flights of steep stairs to get into the flat. If you are normally fit and healthy it
won't be a problem but if you are no longer used to exercise you may find it
a bit difficult.
