
Pisa is a city in Tuscany, northern Italy, on the right bank of the mouth of the river Arno on the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is the capital city of the Province of Pisa. By far the best-known sight in Pisa is the famous leaning tower. The river Arno flows pretty much through the middle of Pisa. The airport and the railway station are south of the river, with the main tourist attractions on the north side.
Other towns worth visiting are Casciana Terme, Calci, San Miniato and Volterra.

Pisa airport is served by a number of budget airlines. The rail connects to Florence and many other Italian towns. The motorway also connects to Florence which is about an hours drive.
